We out grew our house and need to find something larger. Tammy came highly recommended so we contacted her to sell our house and find us a new one. She really took the time to get to know our family and listened to our needs and concerns. While we were excited about touring and finding a new home, we were pretty stressed out with the thought of trying to sell our existing home in such a crummy market with a ton of houses available in our range. Tammy really made the whole experience easy and stress-free! From the way she aggressively marketed and showed our old house to the great list of potential new ones she put together for viewing. Tammy skillfully assisted us through the process of making and accepting several offers on both the house we were selling and a couple we tried to buy. There was never an issue of not getting a hold of Tammy or her not returning a call. She kept us informed with up-to-date information through every step of the process. In the end, she sold our house quickly and at a great price! She also helped us get our new dream home for a steal by guiding and helping us through the negotiation process. Flashback to 2005: As newlyweds, my husband and I were in the market to buy our first house and didn't know where to start the process. We were determined to find a Realtor who was trustworthy, kind, and knowledgeable... Tammy Tebon fit the bill perfectly. She had the patience of a saint as we hemmed and hawed about details I now realize were insignificant (bathroom paint color, etc.). We eventually found the perfect little place, filled out the endless paperwork, and moved in. Flashforward to 2012: As our family grew over the years, we found ourselves in need of her help again. As we discussed our decision to sell, Tammy was honest with us about the very real fact that we might be in for a long wait, as were entering the housing market at an all-time low. Luckily, Tammy found the perfect buyers for our home in no time. We soon found ourselves setting up appointments to see a whole slew of houses with Tammy by our side. It was a crazy roller-coaster ride of a process. We had a few offers in which we were outbid or fell through; but through all the tears and laughs, I wouldn't have wanted to share the crazy process with anyone else, other than Tammy. She texts like nobody's business and she let us know immediately when a house in our "favorite neighborhood" popped up on the market. We were the FIRST ones through the property and it was absolutely perfect! We made an offer on the spot and we've been in love with our house (and our realtor) ever since.
